Thunder and Lightning
Flash and boom
Rips open the sky
Shatters the calm
Blinding in force
Crying, I am left
Knees buckled
Lost in my pain
Hollow, I feel myself
Caving into the crashes
Thunder rattles my spine
Lightning breaks open the scars
I feel it all flooding in
Tears pooling into my palms
The sadness comes with the bursts
Pain screams with each rumble
And I remember it all
Remember the goodbyes, the fights
Bitter endings and faltered beginnings
Disconnected, and coiling g around me
Within thunder and lightning,
Depression waits me
Within thunder and lightning,
Ravens swarm, cackling
Lost in my ache
Wrap myself up in grief
